Our team of Registered Dietitians and nutritionists can work directly with you, your chef, or R&D team to analyze your recipe items for your menu. After we have received your recipes, our team of nutrition experts will use the latest Nutritionist Pro™ software to determine the nutrition content (calories, fat, protein, carbohydrate, etc) of your foods. We can also provide the nutrient analysis in a variety of report formats, which you can upload to your website, display on packaging or provide to your Customer Service Representatives.

Yes, we can generate up to 17 FDA compliant food labels based on your recipe or formula. Your package specifications usually dictate which of the 17 label format fits your needs best.

How long will it take to complete my recipes?
The length of time to completion depends on how many recipes are needed, the complexity of the recipes, and the lines of communication between you and the Registered Dietitian. For your convenience rush delivery services are available as well for an additional fee.

How do I know that my proprietary recipes are being protected?
We have a confidentiality agreement that both parties sign ensuring your recipes are kept private and after the analysis is completed, we deliver the reports via a secure website or mail it for your convenience.

We deliver camera-ready food labels and have jpeg, pdf, gif, tiff, and bmp file formats available.
